Rippling River Cowl

The design for this cowl came out of a “Call for Designs” competition that Skacel held in 2010. Helen Bingham won that competition with this simple, yet elegant cowl pattern. Unlike most cables, hers are worked against a Stockinette Stitch background, giving the cables the look of rippling currents in a deep river.

You will learn the provisional cast-on, how to cable, and the kitchener stitch.
